  Fan technique From a single injection point, this technique enables the direction of the needle to be changed and the entire area of depression to be injected into with precision. The needle is inserted and the product injected, slowly withdrawing the needle part way and then repositioning it to fill the entire area.
A sufficient quantity of product must be injected in order to optimise results for facial remodelling.
