Since February 24th, 2022, Russia has been waging a merciless war on Ukraine, putting the lives of hundreds of thousands of civilians at risk. Within this population, more than 10 million children are affected to varying degrees by this tragedy. Faced with this humanly tragic situation, Valérie Taupin, founder and CEO of Teoxane has decided to set up a plan to support the affected children. Within a year, Teoxane subsidiary in Poland have organized quarterly food deliveries for over 1000 people in need.

In the context of armed conflict, children in occupied territories are often among the first to lack basic necessities. Some of them even suffer from serious pathologies and are immobilized in hospitals, a place that can no longer guarantee their safety. Children with eating disorders are also at risk due to logistical difficulties that severely impact the supply of food in the country.

In this context, Valérie Taupin, founder and CEO of Teoxane, could not remain insensitive. As such, a plan to support the affected children has been set up through Teoxane polish subsidiary. This plan mobilized various associations to establish a distribution corridor in Ukraine. Within a year, Teoxane subsidiary in Poland was able to organize monthly food deliveries for over 1,000 people in need.

Deliveries of specific food for infants were made to the Kharkov Perinatal Center, the Kharkov and Dnipro Pediatric Hospitals, the Odessa Rehabilitation Center, the Children's Hospice and the Dnipro Volunteer Group. Four monthly deliveries were made from April to December 2022 and more than 6,000 kg of baby food were successfully delivered.

Within the framework of this plan, products that were no longer available on Ukrainian soil were able to reappear. This was made possible by the signing of a direct contract with Nutricia, a Polish company specializing in child nutrition. This contract will provide a window of supply for many children in distress. The las charity delivery of food for children targeted special nutrition needs and children who were under starvation risks (for example children on liberated territories).

In 2023, Mrs. Valérie Taupin has indeed extended Teoxane support in Ukraine as to continue its charitable work for the youngest.
