Teoxane study “Injection Guidelines for Treating Midface Volume Deficiency With Hyaluronic Acid Fillers: The ATP Approach (Anatomy, Techniques, Products)” has been selected as the Best International Paper published in Aesthetic Surgery Journal (ASJ) in 2022

Selected by the very scientific learned societies of aesthetic medicine, this award is a valuable recognition of the scientific work carried out at Teoxane. The award certificates will be presented during The Aesthetic Meeting on April 21st, 2023, in Miami Beach, FL. 

The selection of this article is the result of an increased visibility within the scientific community since the publication now has more than 17,000 views. This awareness has also made possible by publishing this study in a scientific journal having a 4.48 impact factor*.  

In said study, Teoxane provides an extensive anatomical description of the midface to delineate a treatment area and minimize procedural risks. Furthermore, a treatment strategy according to Teoxane’s signature Multilayering technique is proposed to provide a tailored treatment approach that can target every patient specificity (including age, gender, skin type, and morphology). Desirable filler properties are also highlighted to create deep structural support on the one hand and accompany facial movement on the other hand.

These scientific guidelines for midface rejuvenation embody Teoxane relentless efforts put in medical education for the past 20 years.
