Sébastien de Chilly
Chief Financial & Administrative Officer
With more than 20 years of international experience across Europe, the US and Asia-Pacific, Sébastien de Chilly has built a career spanning listed, family-owned and private-equity-backed companies. His background in industrial and medical-aesthetic sectors includes senior finance leadership roles at Galderma and Matignon group. As Chief Financial & Administrative Officer, he oversees Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal and HR, driving financial performance, operational efficiency and corporate governance.
Can Ongen
Chief Operating Officer
A trained pharmacist and MBA holder, Can Ongen’s expertise in entering and developing markets, creating commercial and marketing strategies, developing high-performing organizations, and talent acquisition distinguished him at Alcon and Nestle Skin Health/Galderma. He brings more than 30 years of global executive experience to his position as Chief Operating Officer, where he leads our global commercial and marketing organizations.
Sandra Chennoufi
Chief Scientific Officer
Sandra Chennoufi has extensive experience in clinical development across nutritional, medical device and pharmaceutical fields, covering Phase I to IV clinical trials. Before becoming Chief Scientific Officer at Teoxane, she held successive leadership roles in Clinical Operations and Development at the company and previously managed international R&D projects at IQVIA, Advanced Accelerator Applications and Nestlé SA. As Chief Scientific Officer, she oversees Clinical Development, R&D, Safety and Regulatory Affairs, steering Teoxane’s scientific innovation strategy and clinical evidence.
Sylvain Benoit
Chief Quality & Operations Officer
Sylvain Benoit brings over 30 years of international experience in operations, production and continuous improvement across Europe, Asia and the Americas. Prior to his current role, he held various leadership positions at Teoxane, including Global Manufacturing & Supply Chain Director. Before joining Teoxane, he lean and industrial performance initiatives at major automotive equipment companies such as Mecaplast, Plastic Omnium and Renault, as well as at Bosch. A specialist in Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence, he drives Teoxane’s industrial performance and quality strategy worldwide.
