We’re looking for an experienced Innovation/Design Control & Project Quality Engineer to join our Quality team. In this role, you’ll act as QA representative throughout the product lifecycle, from design and development to market authorization and post-market activities. You’ll support Design Control stakeholders, contribute to Quality by Design implementation, lead design risk management activities, oversee Design History File management, and ensure compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62366, and 21 CFR 820. In this role, you’ll establish and maintain a 12-month rolling sell-in and sell-out forecast, working closely with Sales and Marketing to integrate campaigns, launches and local market insights into demand planning. You’ll analyze market dynamics, monitor affiliate inventory turns, conduct root cause analysis on forecast deviations, and lead Demand Planning meetings to support SIOP processes. You’ll also contribute to process optimization, digital tool deployment, KPI tracking and Power BI dashboard development to enhance forecast reliability and supply chain performance.

Alicia - Qualification & Validation Engineer
As part of my biology engineering studies, I had the opportunity to complete my final-year internship at Teoxane. Through this experience, I applied my theoretical knowledge and developed technical skills specific to medical devices.
Teoxane’s company culture—focused on excellence and innovation—allowed me to develop cross-functional skills such as adaptability, autonomy, and precision.
Working in an international environment with strict norms and requirements strengthened my ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
This internship was an enriching experience, both professionally and personally. It confirmed my commitment to a career in this field, and it led to a 10-month fixed-term contract in the Qualification/Validation department at Teoxane.
Ayoub - Innovation & Project Quality Specialist
A year ago, I had the opportunity to join Teoxane as an intern in the Quality Assurance – Innovation & Projects department.
This experience helped me grow both technically and professionally. Thanks to supportive and educational guidance, and the technical complexity of the topics I worked on, I was able to develop my skills and gain a better understanding of quality-related challenges in the demanding field of Class III medical devices manufactured and sold by Teoxane.
Following this internship, I was offered a role in the Product Quality Assurance department, which allowed me to acquire new skills and knowledge.
I’m grateful for the trust and support I received at Teoxane and look forward to the challenges ahead within the company.
Thomas - Event Assistant
I joined Teoxane in August 2023 as an intern, with the exciting responsibility of organizing the company’s 20th anniversary event in Barcelona, where 600 doctors and team members were invited.
This internship was an integral part of my Master’s degree in Hospitality Strategy and Digital Transformation at Les Roches, Crans-Montana – Global Hospitality Education. It was my first significant experience in events within a global aesthetics leader, and I was thrilled to contribute to such a milestone event. During my internship, I also honed my skills in organizing international congresses such as IMCAS and AMWC, which welcome around 20,000 international doctors to discover the latest trends in aesthetics.
Recognizing my motivation and organizational skills, I joined the team full-time in June 2024 as an Event Assistant. In this role, I continue to contribute to major international events like the AAD Annual Meeting and ASDS in the United States.

Bastien - Cloud Engineer
As a computer engineering student in Rennes, I had the opportunity to complete my end-of-studies internship at Teoxane from March to August 2024, as an IT Cloud Trainee.
This enriching experience allowed me to deepen my skills in cloud environments and actively contribute to various company projects.
At the end of my internship, Teoxane offered me the opportunity to continue my journey within the company with a permanent contract offer in October 2024.
Satisfied with my internship experience and the upcoming projects, I accepted the opportunity.
Today, as a Cloud Engineer within the IT department, I contribute to the development and optimization of the company’s cloud infrastructure, while continuing to grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
